Loved this podcast with Lori – well, I love them all, but this one is really right up my alley! I have been thinking about these issues of health and creativity and how connected they are for a long time. Last year was a year of digging into more of the health related questions I had – especially exercise but also diet, sleep, stress management and mental health. I have a couple of recommendations for you based on some of my favorites from last year: the book Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity by Peter Attia (a little intense with the amount of data but VERY informative) ; the Bluezones documentary with Dan Buettner; the Down Dog yoga app; SeniorShape fitness on YouTube (lots of great workouts of ALL kinds – weights, cardio, dance cardio, pilates and so much more, very accessible). There are lots more but those are some favorites. Thanks again for all your inspiring podcasts. So fun, so encouraging. Always happy to hear your cheerful voice and your wonderful guests!
